　　2025年12月，江苏省常州市中级人民法院对江苏安靠智电股份有限公司（300617.SZ）前董事会秘书黄节根敲诈勒索案作出二审裁定。法院认定，黄节根构成敲诈勒索罪（未遂），由江苏省常州市中级人民法院作出终审裁定，维持一审判决，判处黄节根有期徒刑7年，并处罚金10万元。　　公开资料显示，黄节根1984年4月生，江西南昌人，金融学博士。其曾在和讯信息科技有限公司担任投资顾问，2014年进入国泰君安
